Living Root Bridge Trek:

Living Root Bridges are a fine example of man-made bridges, the same is being handmade by the Khasi & the Jaintia people of the mountainous area of Shillong. They are made from the aerial roots of the rubber trees & are a sight to behold. The trek can be covered at both "Cherrapunjee" & "Mawlynnong" & is one of the greatest of attractions of the state of "Meghalaya".
